Property Management
Your holiday home is probably empty for a great deal of the year. How nice would it be that someone keeps an eye on your property! Certaintly in cases of sudden and unexpected events like heavy snowfall, storm or extreme cold, it is nice to hear from someone on the spot that everything is ok. In the event that damage occurs we can take measures to prevent further damage. We would like to invent with you what your property management wishes are, to be able to offer a customized service package.
An impression of what we can provide: visual inspection (inside and outside), mowing grass, garden maintenance, shovelling snow, emptying your mailbox and resending mail, maintenance pellet stove, winter preparation, status report by mail.
Sveafast works with service packages with an annual fee.
Management & maintenance
If your holiday home needs maintenance we can also be of help. Even in cases where maintenance is not sufficient and renovation is the next step, you can count on Sveafast.
We can help you with all sorts of small repairs, painting inside or outside, hanging wallpaper, building or rebuilding a porch, landscaping your garden, pruning and cutting trees. New floors, windows, roof, kitchen, bathroom, woodstove, chimney, garage or shed.
If you have another project in mind, please raise your question and we will see if we can implement your request. The vast majority of activities will be carried out by Sveafast. In case Sveafast is not able or not allowed to carry out the job, we can rely on an extensive network of reliable and licensed companies.

Renting out
Do you have plans to rent out your holiday home? Sveafast can be the caretaker for you.
We can help you with all contact with the guests in place, key handling, (final) cleaning, tourist information and help in case of unexpected malfunctions.
You can choose to offer your property on different booking sides yourself, but Sveafast can also take that difficulty out for you.
